I'd take the old one, if nothing else, because of that sweet gated manual. But anyway, in 10-20 years, that old one will be remembered and sought after, while the new one is just another run of the mill whatever supercar.

I have never driven either, but it will have to be the first for me, there is just so much more driver engagement in a manual box . And yes i know the new one is much faster but for me fun is more important

I think the old one just looks “purer” (if indeed that is a word). Purer is most definitely a good thing.

Sadly I think if you were to buy the old one you’d be on first name terms and Christmas cards with your newly found Audi specialist (non-main dealer) friend….
