The X1 is the best hobby investment I have ever made. So fast, such good print quality, and almost no calibration. I was really hesitant to spend the money and considered the P1P, but in the end decided that I would want a bunch of upgrades and I would be better off getting the upgraded version. Then decided what the heck, and went with the AMS as well. I love it!

The changes in shinyness with your benchy is because of speed. At high speeds prints turn out matte. Low speeds they’re shiny. My default speeds on my machine are around 400mm/s but for silk PLA I lower the outer walls to 50

The magnet on the poop chute is a nice touch. This is a 4 month old video so I've been rocking the XC1 combo for 5 months and have run this machine non stop for the majority of time. The new Prusa MK4 just came out and so I went and ordered another XC 1 Carbon and received it yesterday. You just can't beat the XC1 for value to performance IMO. I'll bet those Ender 3s are collecting dust ...just like mine lol.

Nice video. What setting(s) did you change in Studio to make the top curved surface of the T-800 less circled? I have looked up what you said in the video but cannot find it.

I have seen a Terminator print, that had very red eyes. It looked very cool.

just curious, when you are done printing and turn off the machine, does the fan still run? i just got mine and the fan noise is annoying, but not sure if it is just mine.
