Solution:

- Disable the Antivirus

[Commnet]
The antivirus might prevent the code to run. It deletes the .exe file. Thus, prompting us about the Permission denied error when we try to run it.

I'm done with McAfee they don't provide an option to exclude a folder, instead they recommend a 'file' only
