None of the fixes helped for me. I'm wondering if the file was made un-openable on purpose by the creator. I wanted to look inside and see if i could alter a timer on a minecraft datapack but it says something about not having the volume and lists the name of a similar file with an extra few numbers at the end.
Sad that i couldnt figure it out.
