And if the driver did try to restrain the 3 teenagers their parents would have sued the driver/school district and won for manhandling their kids. An unfortunate layering of laws to enable these behaviors.

This is not a gun problem. The fact that kids have no qualms doing something this despicable and depraved goes to show how far society has fallen and unless you address the deeper issues and call bad bad and evil evil than this is just going to get worse. Heaven help us.
