Not sure how much the Cutlass Black is but a great starter. Can do everything.

I knew it was gonna be the titan, also my favorite starter (although I personally started with a 100i back when I started) and the one I recommend the most, just buy everything else in-game.
I'm glad you put the Syulen in orange cause of the ship handling, really bad choice for a new player, the 100i I also agree, too pricey for what it gives you, the pisces also doesn't get armor (or the 50% physical resistance in current iteration) unlike the others.

Great video! pretty spot on to where I would probably rank most of them. One little point though. The nomad starter package is under $100. It is $95. it fits the criteria of your video. Should definitely include it in your overall list, not just as an afterword.

Edit: Just realized the arrow fits in that criteria as well, although it's a pure combat ship so not the best choice for a true starter, I'd probably rank it pretty low tbh.
