Weapon: Lordsworn's Flame Art Straight Sword+25
Armour: Black hood and Night's Cavalry chest, gloves and boots.
Talismans: Two Fingers Heirloom, Flock's Canvas, Radagon Icon and Fire Scorpion Charm
Flask: Opaline Hardtear and Flame-Shouring Cracked Tear

Using Flame Strike works really well with Flame Art, as it helps the weapon scale with faith and puts an additional flame enchantment on your weapon when the Flame Strike is used. This isn't normally possible with Flame Art, but Flame Strike's enchantment gets around it.

When paired together with 80 faith, Golden Vow and Flame, Grant Me Strength and my weapon, AR tops out at 1173.

Finally defeated Malenia today. I followed your strategy and used Flame of the Fell god in phase 1, in order to inflict a knockdown. But I followed it up with a Taker's Flame skill. The black flame AOE is genius. Then summoned a fully upgraded Tiche in Phase 2 to gank her. Thank you for the very useful guide. I almost gave up defeating this area boss.

If anyone tries to replicate this, get lightning spear in the last slot. It's good to do some small chip damage to finish her off. It casts quick and has more windows than the big fire combos you can only do after her flower attack.

Wanted to employ this strat for myself since I've got a similar build. Know this a 2 year old vid, but is there some sort of trick to get her to walk so slowly towards you? Whenever I enter the room she books it for me and has enough speed to run through my Giants Flame Take Thee without being hit.
