Just wanted to say, thank you so much for making these vids. So far, you're the best resource on avpd. Cheers.

exactly...i feel the same....but i believe there is help...when i was younger it was much worse than now...because i try to expose myself to people, and try to block negative thinking. I still have AVPD but is much better than before.

Great to see your face again, have you tried any of the Avpd support groups on Facebook, would you recomend them?

I think certain rejections are set in stone. When some people interact with me for the first few times and find something they just dont mesh with (which I think it's a common occurrence) there is a change in attitude I cant conceive how to get around. Every scenario seems to finish at the same end, because the way to avoid that rejection is to behave in unnatural ways for me. I cant keep it up and I won't. The rejection is not on all levels though, generally. Still, it removes the possibility of a deeper, significant relationship.

Hang in there! Did you just read an unfavorable review of your work or get rejected by a publisher or something?

I get this all the time. It's from Ma slapping me and later telling me she loved me. So it looks like if either happens, you wait for the converse and the anticipation builds until you're nuts.

Just go and do sales or something. You wanna get over judgment thats a sure road. Sales at day, being reassured and loved at night, eyes on a goal. They say exposure therapy works. I found it helps
