Insulin is $11 in australia, $6.20 for low income people and like $4 for seniors.
The govt spends $9365 per capita on Medicare, it’s available to every Australian and covers basic dental, hospital stays, necessary surgery, ambulance etc.. USA spends $10, 447 per capita and less than 40% of the population are covered? Big pharma has your entire country in a chokehold.
