Sir I have a childhood friend name nikhil age about 45 years recently he noticed who ever close to his body. They get cold fever. Piles problem. Gastric problems like bloating. Heart burn.. he cross checked with no. Of combination but the problem is genuine. Please help him. To whom he meet regarding this. Which department he meet.

I don't mean to be blatant, but why is this 12/23 rule important for understanding immunology? Why go through the pain of learning the genetics of this means by which BcR diversity is achieved?
