Chicken Gyro | Air fryer chicken gyro | tender and juicy chicken gyro | Greek Gyro

INGREDIENTS:
- Boneless chicken thighs | 2 lbs
- Plain Greek Yogurt | 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice | 1 lemon
- Garlic paste | 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder | 1 tbsp
- Salt | 1 tsp
- Black pepper | 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder | 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric | 1/2 tsp
- Onion powder | 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder | 1 tsp
- Paprika | 2 tsp
- Olive oil | 4-5 tbsp
- Tandoori naan (you can also use pita or flatbread)
Toppings:
- lettuce
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- White sauce (recipe on next video)
- Red hot sauce (recipe on next video)
- Parsley

Step 1:
- In a bowl add all the ingredients. Mix well and pour over chicken.
- Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours to overnight.
Step 2:
- Air fry the chicken for 30-40 mins at 400 degrees F (15-20 mins each side. Air fry for 15 mins then flip the chicken and cook for another 15 mins).
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Step 3:
- Warm the bread. Add white sauce, lettuce, chicken, onions, tomatoes, parsley, and red hot sauce.
- Wrap and Enjoy
