Ninja SPEEDI Greek Chicken GYRO

So I kinda miss named the dinner-we shall call it Ninja SPEEDI Greek Chicken GYRO! :). yeah -lol. The Ninja SPEEDI does a great job making these chicken skewers-Next time gonna try steam crisping the chicken. And don't forget chicken thighs are more forgiving than chicken breasts.

I'd love to get hold of that Greek seasoning.
Yeh a lot of those seasoning mix blends can be ridiculously salty, up to 30% or more of the mix.

Chicken is great. It's cheap and easy to work with, but if you want a bit more flavour and texture, use diced lamb. Greek lamb dishes are always superb.

One other thing here. A squeeze of lemon juice in the tomato and onion mix or just over the gyro before serving for a bit zest.
