Idk about that, thats basically reasoning the first picture was the most important because of the new medium but really youre saying "the photograph that changed everything is the camera" the actual photograph is meaningless so a better answer would be the picture taken by one of the voyager drones i think of said drone passing by saturn and taking a picture in which all of earth can be seen, taken in the 1970s or 1980s
