Cameras, among other things that we own and use frequently, play an important role in our daily lives. We use this small tool to capture great moments in our lives in the form of photographs, which means a lot to emotional beings like us.
However, the camera that we use today, whether as a small module on our smartphones, compact point and shoot cameras, or the mighty DSLRs, took a long time to develop.

The first camera:
The #camera obscura was the first camera known to history. Conceptual descriptions of the #cameraobscura can be found in Chinese texts dating back to 400 B.C. and in Aristotle's writings around 330 B.C. The Arab scholar Ibn Al-Haytham articulated the concept of a camera obscura around 1000 A.D. A camera obscura does not take pictures; instead, it focuses light through a lens (technically a small hole) and projects it onto a screen. #pinholecamera are similar to camera obscuras. These devices paved the way for everything from still #photography to movie cameras and projectors.

The camera obscurer was not obsolete because artists used the image it projected to produce more realistic drawings, paintings of objects, building, vpeople and animals.

There's photo of leaf supposedly taken in 1790 by Widgewood who was experimenting with photography at the time. It's under investigation at the moment to see if it's that old..

This is a superficial and disappointing survey. The voice over can’t pronounce important names such as Daguerre correctly and major developments in cameras are omitted. It also confuses photography and motion picture camera evolution.

A coin size camera with the quality of A full frame dslr isn't possible unless theres some break throught in physics or computational photography if that does happen it will be extremely expensive and not accessible to every day peopl not to mention it will take decades or even centuries to develop this technology if it is even physically possible
