This took me ages, it was actually pretty hard especially considering how well I know the footage. I used alot of shots I've never touched before. How awesome is this song!? I heard it and fell in love. I immediately thought of Unfortunate Events.

I wanted to make something dark, clean and dramatic to showcase how awesome of a movie/fandom it is and hopefully entice some of my PAINFULLY talented friends to vid the movie to a dark song like this one!? *winks*

No overall plot, just flirts with the book and interprets the lyrics. In 3rd and 4th verse it takes on point of view. I haven't made a full vid in ages. Tell me what you think of it!!

Unfortunate Events will always be my favorite on some level and as such I put alot of love into those videos. So I would like to dedicate this to Bonnie (MissyourMaturity) as a belated birthday present. I didn't forget hun... I really wanted to make you something special! Hopefully this will do :)

oh my gosh this is amazing hun! whenever you vid this fandom it brings back so many memories of reading the books/watching the film. i love the intro; made it look very dark and totally went with the theme you were displaying. the coloring was beyond gorgeous & i loved the transitions. just fantastic :)

Damn you! I have been trying to avoid Hurts because their songs keep getting stuck in my head...anyyyyway! Look at you! @TheKG2002 Thankyou hun! I really did want to know your opinion on it because I feel so much closer to reaching the level of vidding I want to hit. You opinion means alot even though and even especially because we are on opposite ends of the vidding spectrum (simplicity vs. effects). If you can see what I was trying to achieve in the simplicity and not find it boring I have succeeded!!
