Luv celery juice!. Before I had a juicer, I chop up a few Stalks, place in a regular blender, and puree them with water, cook it up like a soup, or just drink it like a smoothie. When I juice celery, I use the fiber to thicken sauces, gravy’s, and soups, or to make crackers by dehydrating the pulp ( mixed with flaxseed). It’s actually very good crackers!

I would reconsider putting anything in your sink besides dirty dishes. I saw a tiktok of a guy who bleach cleaned his sink, then tested it to set what grew on the petri dish, and it was not good. 😅
I put produce in a bowl and never directly in the sink.
