Thanks for your opinion Doc, but all you did here was show you haven't read the Medical Medium books or you would have explained your take on what Anthony William says about celery's sodium cluster salts. And why you should juice it and won't get the same benefits just eating it. You're basically asking me to trust your opinion without offering any real explanation or understanding of what you're even challenging. Misleading, at best.

I think for some people the reason they juice celery is because I don't want the celery fiber or celery strings to get stuck in their teeth.
