Banded Ankle Dorsiflexion Mobility x 10 each side

- Anchor thick band around an immovable object (ex. bed post, table, squat rack)
- Face away from the band, then place band around the front of your ankle below where it bends
- In a kneeling lunge, with your banded foot in front, move your body forward until you feel a strong pull from the band at your ankle
- Keeping this pull, rock deeper into your lunge to feel a bending stretch in your ankle
