I tried to update in S5 SM-900I model with same way as shown in video but it stuck 3 times at 69% and gave an error of something went wrong and update stopped. Please suggest on same.

Hi Ricardo. Please what should I do when in Smart Switch in the update line is written just following: "Current software version of your device: QJ2(ETL)" and there's is nothing else? No update button. Does it mean there's no newer update availabe (the newest is already installed)? Should I periodically check it via Smart Switch  and wait till Samsung will come with newer one and update line will be displayed then? Thank you much in advance for helping me.

I downloaded Kies and connected the phone (galaxy j7) and it says "this is the most recent firmware". The error message still shows up when I try to update from the phone. What do I do?

Mine can't update it js says your device is up to date on smart switch but the phone's version is 6.0.1
