I was bored this one night going through channels looking for something to watch when I came across this movie. I knew nothing about this movie before that night. Never knew it was a book, never saw a trailer for it or anything and when this scene happened I jumped out my bed cheering for joy thinking she really escaped not knowing the real story which was heartbreaking. This is also the first ever movie that I've ever seen of both Stanley Tucci & Saoirse Ronan. Amazing actors!!

In the acting she kicked him in the face for real and apologised after and told him its totally fine, they both really cared about eachother ❤

Very disturbing scene, one I will never forget. Just looking down into that creeped out hole felt like death. Only thing missing was a casket🤨
The girl at the end though, represented a kind of doorway to hell for him, and I'm very surprised him being a serial killer didn't see that coming. She wasn't having none of it, and at that point he should've known his time was up.
