Bahut aacha. Now it becomes easier for Modi-Shah to throw anybody they don't like into prison. And just before 2024. How convenient. This is why I'm saying that they don't really care that Chandrachud is CJI. Because anything they want they can always send to a bench of their choice.

Really is this SC justice of new India? so tomorrow the criminal duo Modi-Shah can ban any organization and then charge all its members under the criminal legislation UAPA/TADA!!! That means Human rights fighters of organizations like Amnesty can also be charged because the India arm of the international org is banned!!????

Being a member of an unlawful organisation shows the intention of the member to adopt unlawful activities...though presently he or she may have not yet indulged in any such activity.

What kind of justice sysytem is this. When you are member of a banned organisation, you are involving/supporting in its banned objectives. Then ("mensrea) the criminal intention applies and therefore punishable...we need better judges...
