Hey Kevin. I just wanted to let you know that your videos have been a huge inspiration to experiment with cocktails. Since I am a little strapped for cash this Christmas, I'm making custom prebatched cocktails for everyone in my family, and your videos have given me the knowledge and courage to try these out.

So far:

Dad - Manhattan: bacon fat washed bourbon, sweet vermouth, sherry, allspice dram, maple syrup, black walnut bitters, saline solution, cold smoked with hickory.

Mom - Egg Nog: eggs, cream, milk, sugar, demerara rum, sherry, fresh ground nutmeg and cinnamon. Making some fresh espresso for her as well as this makes an incredible coffee creamer

Sister 1 - Margarita: Pineapple, lime, sugar, jalapeno, clarified with agar agar, blanco tequila, pear liqueur, orange curacao, saline solution

Sister 2 - Mule: lime, cucumber, honey, ginger, Mint, clarified with agar agar, vodka, elderflower liqueur, navy strength Jamaican rum (just a touch for a little funk), saline solution, and separately topped with ginger beer upon presentation.

Mother in law - Basil smash: lime, cucumber, sugar, basil, clarified in agar agar, gin, Genepy, elderflower liqueur, saline solution.

Only 2 people left to make cocktails for- brother in law (doesn't really like cocktails, was probably just going to buy him beer). Father in law (loves skrewball peanut butter whiskey... Which I hate... So I may have to try and create something with that)

I'd love any suggestions!

Since I don't drink alcohol anymore I tried this in coffee.

My goto hot winter drink is brown butter washed rum, hot water, sugar cube with star anise garnish. I learned this from How To Drink
