For anyone who doesn’t want to watch the full video, she’s basically saying to stretch about 15 minutes a day from Monday-Friday. If you feel really stretched out one day you can do the beginner modifications (if you still want to stretch). If your really busy one day it’s ok to skip a day you won’t lose all your flexibility in a day… however dont go to long without stretching (such as a week) or else you might lose a LOT of your flexibility!!

Monday: Full body stretch and workout

Tuesday: Full body stretch

Wednesday: Leg stretch

Thursday: Full body stretch

Friday: Break/stretch for fun

At the age of 10, I could hardly do a Backbend by myself. Now, because of your stretch routines, I can to an overextended needle, and my oversplits on both sides! I can also do many other contortion poses that I wouldn’t be able to do without your help.

2 years ago I subscribed to you Anna, and I can not thank you enough for how much you've helped me. I started off not anywhere near the splits... and now I'm starting to do lots of contortion poses after 2 years and now I finally feel like I've found something I am passionate about doing lots of cool things with my flexibility and you've been such a huge inspiration to me and I really want to stretch more to become more flexible like you! some video requests:

• extreme advanced 30 min leg stretching routine (different kind of oversplits/ legholds …)
• 30 min back stretching routine ( start with easy “warm up” stretches for like 5 min & then a lot of different back stretches like bridges, wall / door frame back stretches and more… )

hope you like these two video ideas & hope you can film them Anna ✨I think this would be a perfect 1hour daily stretch to improve flexibility to an advanced level like you have 💞

Oh my god! Thank you so much for the feature at the end. It means a lot to me. I never thought this would happen lol😅. It a dream come true. I am currently doing your warm up (the newest), then your 15 mins stretch and lastly your middle split video (that u uploaded in december). I have been doing this each single day. Sometimes I am busy all day and unfortunately miss a day of stretch (like you said, it not a big deal if u miss one day).

I couldn’t even do the splits but now I can kinda do it only one one leg but it’s coming along thanks Anna! I’ve only been stretching for like a week

Leg stretches as I am always scared of breaking my spine but you have helped me to improve both leg and back flexibility and I finally got my oversplits to four pillows. Your tutorial has helped me so much.Thankyou I love you so much. You have also given me confidence to start back streching and I got my backbend and chin stand. Love you so much!!!
