Wasn't there one event in India so bad that players left? The venue was outside and really hot, and the city was dangerous that players could not go outside during night.

I'd say the India Gaming Carnival was probably worse. They pulled the plug on the whole event in the last day, had a worse setup, and even hired paid thugs to follow one of the few teams that attended.
