In the following episode, Nyla assures the rest of the officers that Lucy is alive because she knows that the girl will fight to keep herself alive long enough for them to save her. And later, instead of fighting back against Caleb when he orders her to go into the barrel, Lucy complies, but secretly drops her ring which Bradford later finds, leading to her rescue.

The level of faith that Nolan and the rest of the officers have for each other is incredible.

Can we just take a moment and talk about Annie’s impressive acting. Her acting is chilling as she is playing a serial killer. She plays it splendidly well, she knows how to get into your head. She is such a pure talent, and I admire her ways of acting. May she please rest in peace❤️‍🩹
