I love reformer pilates! I have been going for 4 years once a week. It has changed my body in that Im more conscious about my body how I stand even when I just do regular excercises like run or weights. I'm more mindful of how I move and body all around. Its a great workout and no matter how long you do it for, its always a challenge.😊

You should try the Konmari organisation method for your drawers. It makes a great difference .

You should definitely check out BKR bottles. Glass and have a silicone cover they are great I love mine!
