Lychees have always been my favourites. A trick to know if your lychee will bw tart or sweet id to look at the fruits colour, if it is white and cloudly will will bw tart. For the perfectly sweet ones, look for the slight clearish and shiny flish.

The seeds are not edible.
They can cause digestive distress, including vomiting, diarrhea, & abdominal pain.

They can be cooked.
But even then, it's risky.

I've just eaten three after watching this video.
Just found out they're not edible after looking up the nutrition.
I'm just waiting to see if I'll be ok.

We just use our finger, pinch em in the middle where you removed the stem, then out comes the meat with the seed. Simple. No cutting needed.
