I have the H2 SX SE and have averaged 52.3mpg over the past 3000 miles. Went for a gentle ride of 100 miles the other day to see how efficient it could be and got 60.1mpg fill to fill. Stunning, brilliant machine.

I have a Kawasaki SXSE+ I’ve done 38, 000 miles on it. I’ve been all over Europe. I get around 52 to the gallon I’ve had it Remapped and a decat, 238 hp at the rear wheel …. It’s awesome, it’s how it should’ve been not heavily restricted.

A good review - well done! The H2 SX SE is THE best bike to get you to the Alps in a day with luggage and a pillion, allow you to chase the sports bikes around the passes, blast the hyper-bikes on the autobahns and all in comfort and relative economy. There are a few bikes that are better at specific tasks on tarmac but no bike is as good at everything as the H2 SX SE.

PS 0-60 might be quicker if you used launch control but is pretty much irrelevant in the real world. All 1000cc bikes are quick to 60. It's the roll-on overtake time, 45 to 80, both through the gears and in top that set the great bikes apart from the good bikes.

Great review ! Keeping my ZH2! Best Crotch Rocket 🚀 I’ve ever had.

Goblin, I own a 2023 SX SE. Not sure if anyone else has said anything about this, but in my experience turning off KEBC gives less engine braking. I noticed with it on and downshifting I could chirp the rear. Turning it off is more relaxed. If you get a chance to ride it again give it a try.

I am on a Z H2 SE and I think I am going to go for one of these next. The tech in these bikes is just so superb. Wish they would have done a better job on the rear end. It is so ugly.

Ooooo, I've been looking forward to this!

first gear full throttle is only 17% demand on the engine, also, my 2023 H2SXSE (australian delivery) radar cruise control mode will throw braking on and sometimes quite aggressively when flashing red lights and with cruise control on.

That was the h2 i was looking for. Nobody had it though and i ended up with a 2023 ZH2. See what they do for 2025 if they do another H2 run.

I would prefer the extra wind protection with the SX SE . There's plenty of HP with both machines so a little less torque is not an issue and an ECU flash would fix that . What did you think of the wind difference of each bike ?

Is this the best Ninja (road legal) speed wise?

It does have auto braking, if you dont turn cruise of and start filtering at speed it tries to kill you😢the seat isn't the most, comfortable, i find ergonomics cramped to short if you want to tuck down, i would buy a zzr14 ps tomorrow if they were still sold in uk especially the new colours 😀 the sx is a very good bike and is fast but not for me and only after a few months, so its up for sale after a few months😮 as the saying goes - theirs no replacement for displacement 😅

I feel like this bike was the replacement for the ZX14r in Kawasaki's lineup. Before that people were using the big Ninja for high speed sport touring.

1/4er mile is not 11-12 seconds, it is 10 seconds dead or below

Zx14R is a different animal. Not the same. Besides the electronics, the 14 is my choice hands down.

Can you swap the h2 supercharger on to this bike?

That bike has auto-breaking ONLY when the cruise control is engaged AND the distance between you and the car in front of you is set. And after auto-breaking it goes back to the cruise control speed on its own, just like an Audi😅

oh wow they really put that ugly demonstrator on an h2sx, thats awful. :D You are lucky you did not go deep into the infotainment mess (navigation)
3.2 is not bad at all for a couple fun tries on a 2.9 advertised bike!
And it has limited autobraking in acc mode. It will break harder than you think but not to a complete stop and no emergency breaks. Would not keep my hands of the bars in acc mode if there is any traffic or chance of things appearing in front. Would be awesome to have a touch sensor only allow autobraking above engine brake force if hands touch the bars. you should absolutely go back and test the acc it is something different. You can focus all on traffic instead of matching speed.
