***THIS REPOMAN DID THE CORRECT THING, BUT MOST CANT SEE IT....*** look closely, u can see he hooked the tow trk safety chain to the p/u & raised the lift all the way up, the chain is next to the tow hitch & top rear of the tow trk bed....this repo is anchored to the repo trk!!!!
