November is definitely scummy and abuses the little power he has.

I recently went through having my car repoed (i paid it out and have ownership now) and the dude was like Steve I think. I needed to blow up a second (at the bank, not him) because i had 9 payments left on that car, counting the lasped ones. He listened, said he understood why i was upset, and helped me unload my tools from the car. Cool guy really.

I had a car repoed due to an autopay issue. I saw the guy hooking it up, "Anything I can do?", answer was nope I had to call the bank. "Can I grab some things from inside at least?", repo guy had no issue with that. I handed over the key, got some info from the repo guy, and went to go deal with the bank. I had my undamaged car back in a couple days.
My bank, however, took the brunt of my wrath for sending a repo out within a couple days of the payment not going through.
Repo dude isn't the one who effed up my day, he's just doing his job.
