DON'T TALK TO ANYONE until you watch this...

Most of us speak with a default volume, or a default way of speaking. As a result, nothing gets highlighted or emphasised, and without this auditory highlighting, it creates a lack of clarity when we speak.

You can use low or high volume to emphasise specific parts of your speech!

This will help me in customer service on the phones. We have to control the call and tone is so important to keep it moving forward. People get so hung up things if we don’t utilize tone.
