Basically, I still suffer from styes a ton and it drives me insane. I currently have a stye that isn’t really sure if it wants to be a stye or a chalazion. It has been keeping me company since my summer holiday. Should I give it a name already?

Okay, moving on. Over this period of time I have done a few things to lessen the amount of styes I get and to make the styes I do get go away sooner. I tell the tips in the video above, as well as my experiences with styes since that eye surgery. I hope that the ones who are suffering from styes get some help out of this. Just remember: you’re never alone in anything. :-)

I struggle with the same thing- it sucks
the doctors say the styes are caused by stress... i think the styes are the only reason I'm stressed

haven't had one in years... SINCE I clean off my make up with COCONUT OIL and huggies baby wipes! make sure you really move every last bit of liner/mascara every night and there you go.

Hey Laurie! just wanted to give you a little tip that has helped me soooo much! about 3 years ago I got a chazlaion on my left eye, on the top and bottom had to get surgery for that as well. Recently about a week I notice one of them was back on my upper left eyelid, one of my friends mom told me about a year ago that I shouldn't of gotten surgery that I could of just gotten a golden ring and massage it very gently. So that's what I did, I went to the drugstore and bought a eye wash washed my eye and every night I would massage my eye with a small golden ring very very gently and thank Jesus! it completely disappeared. Just wanted to help a girl out. 🙌🏼 hope it works for you as well.

last year i had a stye too and also turned into a chalazion and also had surgery same as you. ppl tell me to do a warm compress, BUT IT DOESNT WORK ugh and i have another AGAIN ON THE SAME EYE man i can relate so well...

I have a stye (a red bumb on the inner corner of my eye) and the swelling has pretty much gone away but it's still there and it's been 3 days. Do styes always come to a head that you have to pop? Or can it just go away ?
