Hobo Stew!: Outdoors cooking

I went out by the lake to do some exploring in the new area I now live in. I am slowly finding more outdoorsy spots! This is one of them that is not very far from the road or people but is a nice little place. I brought out some ingredients and my stove and cooked up some Hobo Stew!

What is a HOBO?
----A hobo traditionally taught to me on the campgrounds when I was younger was a very cheap way to feed alot of people. Also very delicious. You take a layer of aluminum foil and dice up your veggies and meat/s of your choice and wrap it up throw some butter in first and throw it near the fire to cook.

This is a HOBO stew:
Just a mix of Veggies and meats of my choice cooked into a stew because I couldn't create a campfire there at that point in time.
Stay tuned I'll be making one soon though!

Please Read the description. In the video I realized I didn't fully explain what an original hobo is. A brief explanation is that it is not a stew. This is a version however, the original is your veggies and meats piled up into some aluminum foil and placed near a fire. I've made a few in my previous Hit The Trail episodes on some of my camping trips.

It's not real hobo stew until you add the hobo, hobo legs can be readily available (when in season) from sleeping on the train tracks.
