Summary -
He got in touch with his parents and made boundaries clear. Parents tried to get him to take care of them and meet his kid (Kim had his son by then) but he put up boundaries and cut them off when they crossed it. Mom cried and he let her have it. He got his brother's number, spoke to him, but his brother just laughed at him. His brother is now a bum and a leech with no job, only alive because the parents still give him an allowance

This guy should definitely charge Henry, Amanda told him about how Henry had planned all that out, and faked evidence. That shit was straight up intentional, and pre-meditated. Henry should be forced to pay OP for his loss of wages from losing his job, + pain and suffering for losing his family, and likely having severe depression.

What happens to Henry's daughter is none of his concern and not his responsibility, if Henry loses everything the daughter will still have Jenny and while it will suck to not have a dad its no worse than what OP's daughters went through. As for the parents, they are strangers to OP now and they don't deserve to have OP as a son after everything.

The ex wife is a special kind of mentally incapacitated. She believed random people over her own husband just because she saw a few (probably badly photoshopped) pictures of “evidence.” I’ll never understand how people believe rumours without question and then proceed to go on a witch hunt. Then his family has the audacity to act like they were also the victims. I guess critical thinking is a dying trait. No one is entitled to forgiveness either. The ex wife getting together with his brother of all people is also disgusting and suspicious. I wouldn’t be surprised if she had been flirting/cheating.

They literally sat there and watched my guy get the tar beaten out of him by a person that literally set him up. They have the literal audacity to want to talk when they should have eased into it and been on his time.

Also couldn’t believe OP questioning if he should go after his brother legally. I would make that man destitute and unable to bounce back. The process of thinking all of that up and implemented damn near perfectly or at least good enough to have no one question things and have kids with his brothers ex is just solid proof of his treacherous nature and disregard for his own kin.

Lastly wtf how does know one question things if
1. His previous marriage failed because he was too into Jenny
