Do you think that there are planets similar to Earth in other galaxies?

I think we need to find earth twin same size almost the same of our earth with ocean land, biosphere with atmosphere magneto sphere, because if a planet twice the Size or more massive than earth its very hard for human to live in that environment, what we need to find is almost same exact or not to much defferent in size so if we go on that planet human will not have difficulty to adjust, to gravity

How can say a planet is better than Earth? There may be better atmospheric conditions than on Earth, but that's just physical...what about biological conditions?

All the planets you explained here are not habitable. If the star is similar to sun, then the planet is not in Goldilock's zone. If the planet is in Goldilock's zone-The stars were red dwarfs where no much heat or light can be provided
