Thanks for letting her know twice that your cameras were on!

If you need to say, "the camera is still on", you're probably doing something illegal.

Wow, in every other jurisdiction, law enforcement acts independently.

Officers should know chain of custody before seizing and handling evidence between each other

For Android phones Always have a password on your phone and never ever give it up without talking to a lawyer first. The password should be complex as in numbers, letters, and special characters. I also recommend encypting the phone! This may not work in all states check your local laws first to be sure. 🤳

This case gone be dismissed, yes my camera is on 🤔, clearly was fixing to jam him up on a bogus charge, he keep dissing Ace about leaving but if he smart he’ll put his pride to the side and not come back either.

The cop speaking with the "assistant" state attorney sounds like me when I'm clarifying screenplay revision requests with a client. This is clearly common practice and at the beheadst of the chicken-shit coward State Attorney who sends a disposable (in their mind) assistant to take the potential fall. No worries, no-one will ever be prosecuted for your corruption, at least in this life.

My county attorney's office is too busy with murder, homicide, and drug cases to be out on a traffic stop. By the way, my city is the state capital.

Legally she is entitled as police submit evidence to the state attorney she's just there to see the evidence completely legal and it's her job

1. Not a crime to say cameras are on.
2. The arrested have a "right to have a lawyer present"...you think the cops don't have access to a lawyer?.?.

Nothing more encouraging than LE discussing whose camera is on. PROTECT AND SERVE.

Nothing wrong here. Police consult with the prosecutor in order to make a solid case. If the prosecutor is smart, they will stay out of any chain of evidence, not witness or participate in any on scene interviews or in any way create a situation where they become a witness in any case they intend to personally prosecute, because judges don't like that.
