This is a rare time in South Park were they didn’t bash on a celebrity. They embrace his skills, and for this is why this is a great episode. From start to finished.

I think the reason Trey and Matt didn't make fun of Ceaser is because they're genuine fans of both him and what he does. He's not smug and he genuinely uses his influence and wealth to help people. It was said in the DVD commentary of this episode that either Trey or Matt were HUGE fans of the show back in the day and they were like "how'd he fare against Cartman?" And BAM! Instant Episode!

So not only does Cesar have a sense of humor, but he's acknowledging that Southpark did their research and did him right.

South Park didn't make fun of him, coz he isn't a pretentious douche like most celebrities. He's a genuine guy that just helps ppl. He isn't full of annoying egotistical traits that are usually picked on by the creators.

This is wonderful to see Cesar enjoy the episode so much, and to confirm how well done the episode is! South Park didn't utilize Cesar as a character in order to make fun of him, they utilized him as a character in order to make fun of Cartman's terrible behaviour. Hilarious episode.
