She shouldn’t have let someone with a restricted license utilize her car. It would be a difference if the defendant took her car without permission or didn’t disclose her license was restricted.

I didn’t get my license till I was 34. I had a permit off and on since I was 18. I had to overcome a huge phobia of driving. When I was a kid I witnessed a terrible car accident while watching a Christmas parade where a police car spun out and killed a mother and her infant. My mom and I were actually standing in that exact spot when I asked if we could watch the parade on the other side of the street because i wanted to look at the Christmas display in the department store windows. If you look up Minneapolis holidazle car crash 1998 you will see about it. I’m a JJ fan but some times she makes grand global assumptions and remarks that are not true for everyone.
