I’m not even a smoker but I’m perversely drawn to and seek out these horrible stories of people who were effected by the habit like Terri

Anybody who smokes, I hope you are successful to stop, anybody who struggles, I wish the best for you. Coming from somebody who wasn't exactly addicted because I had it occasionally and whenever I felt like it and could go a few days without a cigarette. Despite all this, it still took me 6-7 weeks to mentally recover from the anxiety after I completely stopped and I very rarely felt like having a cigarette, but my body was so used to the nicotine hit and now I can feel my body changing back to normal and I'm breathing differently, however I didn't notice this when i used to smoke, I hope the best for anybody trying to quit, I'm with you 👍👍

I used to smoke and started when I was 12. Im clean for 7 years and I thank a God for it. My dad died from smoking and my mom got cancer because of it. People think smoking is cool but in the end there is a price tag.

My grandfather died from lung cancer which he got even after not smoking for 15 years. Him smoking his all life already did the damage.. Started around 15 and smoked till 48, it was horrible how he was dying

That commercial scared the shit outta me when I first watched it. God Bless Christine because the Lord loves her for who she is. Not for what she is.

On one hand I feel bad for people like her; on the other hand they did it to themselves, sooo...there is a level of responsibility.

My neighbors since they moved in have been smoking for three years now. Sadly, the worst one is not developing Cancer. So, I guess smoking might not be as dangerous . I never smoked but getting disappointed too often that smokers don't develop lung cancer. Meanwhile my mom has a different type of cancer not smoking related. She has to be exposed just secondhand smoke just like me. The only difference I do feel sorry for this woman because I feel like she's a good soul.

Teenagers see this and laugh because they've never seen anyone in this condition. Education is the key and that has to start early in school and at home. Scare tactics don't work but on going Education does

To prevent this happening wouldn't be easier to ban cigarettes altogether. People get addicted to smoking and selling them in shops makes it easy to do that. If there weren't available in the first place so many people's lives would be saved. Before someone judges my comment I can appreciate the difficulties to give up once you start it is a real challenge. It doesn't make sense to sell things that can deeply destroy the body.
