thanks for this great video as always.
about the genetics, this may be true in a lab, but if people of a same family live in the same environment (and it's the case), they have the same issues: mold, or they eat the same stuff (like milk, wheat, corn... which are not foods by the way). Genetics, for me, is a way for 'scentists' to explain what they don't really understand or know.
I would be extremely happy if it was not followed by some Big Pharma advice (I agree that a patient in an emergency situation needs to be treated with emergency procedures).
I recommend thus that you take knowledge of the Seignalet diet. In 2003 i was severely sick with permanent reactions, that triggered 3 auto-immune diseases: asthma, severe arthritis, and acne. I read the book in April 2003, end of that month i started following the Seignalet-diet. End of May, i had NONE of those 3 auto-immune diseases.
We are in 2018, and they come back every time i get back to wheat (I have quit corn 100% since then).
