Woman abducted in Oregon | Surveillance video records her screaming for help as she's carried away

A kidnapping suspect has been arrested after video on an Oregon home-security camera appeared to show a woman being carried away against her will. The video, which has been viewed by ABC News, was shot at about 10:45 p.m. Sunday.

The wording on these stories is always wrong, and it legitimately bothers me. It should be, "he is alleged to be the person who forcibly carried away and kidnapped so and so", not "he allegedly kidnapped her and allegedly carried her away".

Its factual at this point that she was carried away against her will, it's on video. If you're this concerned about being sued, at least use wording that doesn't unintentionally imply the victim is a liar
