stable door is a nice touch, overall for a rental, looks the part. Odd question, how noisy is the polycarbonate sheeting with rain etc?

Interesting stuff Martin, we are mid our first refurb and the old boy who had owned it before we took it on had a thing about lowered ceilings too!! Are you going to share pricing and costs on your channel as you would on HUTH (appreciate it’s your properties here!)
