Timelapse roof replacement.

This is a timelapse of the roof being replaced on our Carden project. The old roof was 70 years old with the boards starting to sag badly with moisture and age.

Great job guys ! Why put sterling board down first isnt the roof supposed to be able to breathe ie the Tiler breathable pitch roof membrane you put on top?

Great job but boarding the roof is a terrible idea. Its going to create condensation. Thats the whole point of breathable felt so the roof can breathe and not sweat creating internal leaks
