3 min to Survive | Ep.29 Nano Reef Competition

Thor amboinensis shrimp known as "Sexy shrimp" can be captive-bred. This is the first time I notice this behavior in my small saltwater aquarium.
They can release around 200 to 500 offspring, opting for the numbers for survival.

Due to predator and aquarium filtration, it's unlikely they will survive, but we never know, there's always that 1% chance ;)

The timing of the "ahs!" is so spot on. Must have taken so much work to line the footage up. Keep up the great content!

I don't know if you are going to win the nano competition, but yours is for sure the best YouTube channel about a nano. Amazing video, once again.

One night a few weeks ago, i woke up to some commotion in my nano. I turned some ambient lights on and saw hundreds if not thousands of larvae twitching and swimming around... Few days later they were all gone... During an entire week, my fish were always full-bellied every morning before feeding.

My peppermint release it every weeks for three times. 3rd time I try to raise the larvae. Scoop them up with net and raise them in airstone tank. So far its been 5thday.

Hey Aqua Splendor! How are the Pandas doing now that they've been added to the main display?

For some 3 seconds, for others 3 minutes, for others 3 hours, for a few 3 days for the chosen one 3 years (maybe less due to lifespan and other issues).
