Steps:
1. pyqt5-tools installation
In command line run this code.

2. Open designer
C:\Users\!!username!!\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37\Lib\site-packages\qt5_applications\Qt\bin

3. Save UI file

4. Convert UI file to Python

you should also teach us how to continue modify the py file in the future, since we should not modify anything in the generated file

I was really struggling with this and by 1:33 I had my file converted. :D Initially nothing I used in CMD or python was working whats so ever.

A bit late but i a m getting this error "Error in input file: syntax error: line 1, column 0" I have tried to find the solution online but couldn't find anything helpful. So i thought i might have some luck asking here on what to do.

I did all the steps with PyQt6. I obtain the python file, but I have apparently a problem with QtGui. A DLL load failed while importing QtGui. any idea ? I'm using Python 3.9, PyQt6 et the latest version of QtDesigner, on Windows 10 64bits
