I’m taking 1500mg twice a day. First thing in the morning with my other medications, and again in late afternoon. Combined with nutrition, other supplements, and getting to be active again, drastically helps. I eat high amounts of protein and cut carbs/sugars, and only fats I get are from my meats, olive oil, or coconut oil. I do not consume anything processed. When I do, it messes with my body and mind. I haven’t felt this good in a loooong time. I’m adhd, being dopamine deficient as it is, and developing neurodegenerative disease du to brain injuries. It’s a lot, but I seem to not have side affects and my neurologist is on board with my current program. We talk through messaging every 3 weeks or so.

Nice video. I use it when I do work that requires a lot of concentration. However, even 500mg has a strong effect and first-time users should consider taking a smaller dose.

Ltyrosine is my bestest friend. Part of what i flipped my adhd working memory to all good. * Caution* always verify yourself for contradictions...tyrosine with alcohol use can raise blood pressure dangerously.

I’ve had an amazing experience with L-Tyrosine. I would normally have to vape a little cannabis to settle down and get focused. Otherwise it could take me hours. But this supplement changed all of that, no cannabis required. I just don’t know the long term effects or if I’m supposed to cycle it.

I have hashimoto and last 2 years anhidrosis. Could this supplement help with this? Because if i understood correct, no sweating has to do with low catecholamines and l tyrosine helps with that. Am i correct?

i took l-thyrosine 500 mg for 3-4 days but I noticed that it made me a bit anxious and nervous and a slightly high palpitation so i have stoped .I'm wondering why it reacted like that ? i couldn't have a chance to reduce the dose as it was in capsule form could it be ok to take it every other day ?

It’s been a few days ım taking 500mg l- tyrosine but I didn’t see any of these positive effects but I noticed that Im more nervous and agitated and increased unclarity . The thing is I don’t know if I must continue taking it to see positives as it might be needing some time to kick in or is this means is this supplement not for me ? ( I have ADHD)
