I take L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine and 5-HTP together in the morning. I no longer have anxiety, no longer feel depressed. I don't crave alcohol or sugary foods anymore, I have an easier time sleeping and I can concentrate at work. I also feel full more quickly when eating, I don't overeat at all anymore.

I've taken L-Theanine every morning for a year plus. I believe I'm a much more even-keeled person because of it. I just started L-Tyrosine three days ago, and at about 30 min, I can physically feel it kick in, and my focus turn on. It lasts for about 3 hours.

how about taking L-tyrosine (500mg) in the mornings pre workout (I don't consume caffeine) and taking L-theanine(200 mg) with ashwagandha(500mg) at night, with melatonin on days you need to reset your cycles?
