I was dating an awesome girl for 4 months. She broke up with me because inwardly I put her before God and she noticed it. I was searching for love but, not from God. All along He was always there. Jesus Christ is my first love. I pray God restores what was lost as He did for David in 1 Samuel 30:18-19. I am crying out to God. Pray for me.

This is amazing. I am so glad to hear that there are Godly men out there taking true initiative to make sure they lead well. I’m ngl, as a daughter of God, I think one of the most beautiful and powerful things I have seen is men encouraging one another to pursue purity and meekness and to see them grow each day from a boy to a true man of God ❤️ If I could give my personal input of how to make sure you lead a woman well, I think first and foremost, make sure you are being lead by God yourself and be fruitful in prayer and fear of him. Another thing that is crucial is to take initiative when you feel God wants you to do something-especially when you are unsure and it seems hard. I find this most helpful to trust my boyfriend to lead me bc when I see that a man is obedient to what God says and will step out of their comfort zone, I know he’ll be obedient to fulfill his role as a husband and honest leader to me.

Wow, I loved this. I really think when we are being the love that we are, we naturally do and say the right things and are at the right places at the right times because God is working through us. We aren't relying on having all the information, and we aren't relying on ourselves. We are relying on God. There is such peace in knowing we don't have to have it all figured out, that in our messy imperfection we are worthy, we are good, and as long as we are willing God will use even our mistakes for the purpose of love.
