I generally don't like smart devices because of the issue of privacy but as a disabled person they're really helpful. I use one to control my air purifier (some smells give me headaches/nausea) and one to control the light in the living room. It's really helpful to not have to get up all the time to do stuff

You’re awesome! I’m just curious do your eyes feel sore or achy at the end of the night due to the repetitive circular/shaking that happens like it shows in this video? Genuinely curious, and if it’s too personal or if this is offensive to ask I’m sorry!

Your eyes look extra shaky in this video, I know you said sometimes that happens when you’re stressed or tired, so I hope you’re feeling alright ❤

Bixby routines and the like must help too. Having things be done automatically as the sun rises and goes down is great

I have hue lights, my blind friend loves them as she can set the exact colour and brightness that works best for her sight, can change it on oversensitive days, and can turn them off and on using her phone or my smart speakers

Nice to see the things you do and a place you go. I haven’t had eyesight in over 30 years. Most of the ones who are blind or visual impairments far as I know of don’t really get very much of this information. It’s nice to find things that you can’t find that you need it. The nest thermostat is on my list, then will have to look up those motorized blinds. I’m sure the fireplace will be nice but it’ll be a while. I’m glad to see you putting out these videos and having different multiple things that you share besides the blindness clothes cat Nadal I forget their name offhand, but I love to read the comments. When other Cher re what colors you’re wearing and what things look like it’s just fills in all of the gaps for you when you don’t have eyesight. Thanks for being there and hope to see you in many more videos. I like your Miami video. I haven’t seen that place in 50 years. I was born in Miami Beach. I have relatives there, that everybody in the city know who they are❤

You can get thermostats that are Alexa controlled. I haven't touched my thermostat for a year.

Does the fireplace have a built-in safety feature that will turn it off after X amount of time and/or if it gets too hot??? Otherwise I would be afraid of potentially forgetting about it and causing a fire.

I dont use blinds. I keep my windows covered bec sun HURTS my eyes so bad. sun slips through but I do my best to avoid it. sunglasses don't really help much including special ones I got when im outside I end up with one eye closed trying to get around. people don't realize how painful light is and how it bounces off EVERYTHING remotely shiny and right into my eyes..PAIN.

is the fireplace actually giving you heat?
