This video shows you how to install a rear strut and spring assembly on your 2008-2012 Honda Accord. Struts can wear out as early as 50,000 miles. You should inspect them regularly for leaks or wear. • T30 Bit

Holy what did you do to the back seat, all there it is a small cover on top to insert a extension ratchet specifically to em reach the nuts literally other that that great instructions😊

The way shown is how you book more labor time in the shop. Creating a daylong project costing over 500.00 dollars for a pair of struts costing $95.00.

I noticed you replaced the old strut shock assembly with another old dirty one..was it another used one or this all just done for demonstration purposes?

why does not mention that when you put in the new strut they don't come with the nut weld it to it like the original and i has to be purchase separately

Before going through the back seat trim removal steps, check and see if your particular year model has small pop-up access trim pieces above each strut on the inside back deck of the car. If so, ignore the trim removal instructions in this video. My 2008 does not have the access panels so i have to follow the instructions for trim removal as shown in the video as my entire back deck must come off to gang access to the top of the struts.

This is not even the right model. You don’t have to remove all that stuff, there is a panel pull it back and voila; you have access to the bolts up top !
